Deposit and Cancellation Policy

All that is needed to confirm your reservation is a $300.00 or 20% deposit, which ever is greater. A personal check is accepted but must be received within 4 business days from the date of your reservation.

Balance due is payable by check 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits will be returned if notice of cancellation is received by us in writing, fax, or email, ninety (90) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Notice less than ninety (90) days, the deposit will only be refunded if we are able to re-rent the condo for the full term of your reservation.

Less than sixty (60) days the rental fee will be forfeited unless we can rent to condo for the full term of your reservation.

Please note: There is a $50.00 administration fee for cancellation.

Security/Damage Deposit:

A security/damage deposit of $200.00 is required for check in to cover damages and extra charges incurred by our guests. This deposit covers: physical damage, lost keys, extra cleaning, excess laundry, missing items and long distance phone calls.

A credit card security/damage deposit waiver is available instead of a $200.00 cash deposit. This would allow us to charge your credit card for damages or extra charges incurred by your rental. Use the credit card waiver if you do not want to send the $200.00 security deposit. A credit card waiver is supplied to each guest, you have the option of posting the cash security deposit or using the credit card waiver. Nothing is charged against your credit card UNLESS we are billed for above instances.

The cash security/damage deposit is due 60 days prior to your arrival and it is refunded within 3 weeks after your check out date.

The credit card security/damage waiver is held in your file for any extra charges. If there are no additional charges, there is nothing charged against your credit card and your damage waiver is destroyed by shredding.

We make every effort to reduce the inconvenience to you by expediting any necessary maintenance and repairs to the condo, appliances and fixtures, as well as to the amenities and common elements of the complex.

No rebate can be approved due to circumstances beyond our control.
