After searching all of the properties on Sanibel Island we knew we had to be right on the beach, so we chose one of the closest condos to the beach on the island. At only 20 feet to the beach you will be able to just sit back, relax, and unwind, on the 25 foot screened lanai. Enjoy the panoramic view over looking the warm blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy sun soaked beaches. Enjoy dolphins playing along the shore or explore for the perfect souvenir shell on over 12 miles of one of the worlds most famous shelling beaches located right at your front door. We chose a one bedroom beach front condo because there are only 56 located on Sanibel Island. This allows us to offer some of the best rates and value for a true beach front condo. When you stay with us we want it to feel like home. To accomplish this we make upgrades often and work to insure the condo is maintained in excellent condition. Another added value is that we do not use an outside cleaning service. We instead have our own personal housekeeper who cleans the condo every week. This allows for more personalized and through attention to the details and makes the condo really shine. Whether your staying for one week or several weeks a weekly clean will always be provided at no extra charge. We also use our own high quality personal linens, not a linen service, and provide a washer and dryer in the condo for your personal convenience. Our condo at the Sundial Resort is fully furnished and equipped and offers a full up to date kitchen fully stocked with dishwasher, microwave, small appliances, cookware, bake ware, and utensils. The master bedroom has a king size bed (with a Tempurpedic mattress), and cable TV for late night viewing. The living room has a American Leather queen size sleeper sofa (with no uncomfortable support bars), leather power swivel / rocker recliner, cable TV, Samsung 43″ QLED TV, and DVD. There is a mirrored wall to enhance Beach Front views and the living room and bedroom opens onto a 25 foot screened balcony offering an unobstructed direct Beach Front view. The balcony is equipped with a comfortable high top patio table and chairs including recliners. It is located on the second floor providing the feeling and views of being right on the beach. This is a place you can really feel at home. The Sundial Resort has 4 heated pools, one Beach Front, Miles of shelling beach, tennis (fee), shuffleboard, and bike rentals . There are also many activities in and around Sanibel Island. Golf either of Sanibel’s two courses, with other courses nearby. Fish from the beach or charter a boat for deep sea fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. Explore the 30 miles of flat scenic bike paths. Shop at many specialty boutiques and galleries.
