Deposit and Cancellation Policy

All that is needed to confirm your reservation is a $1,00.00 or 40% deposit, which ever is greater. A personal check is accepted but must be received within 4 business days from the date of your reservation.

Balance due is payable by check 90 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits will be returned if notice of cancellation is received by us in writing or email, one hundred twenty (120) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Notice less than one hundred twenty (120) days, the deposit will only be refunded if we are able to re-rent the condo for the full term and rate of your reservation.

Less than ninety (90) days the rental fee will be forfeited unless we can rent to condo for the full term and rate of your reservation.

Please note: There is a $100.00 administration fee for cancellation.

Security/Damage Deposit:

A credit card security/damage deposit waiver form is required for each reservation This security/damage waiver covers: physical damage, extra cleaning, excess laundry, and missing items. This would allow us to charge your credit card for damages or extra charges incurred by your rental. Nothing is charged against your credit card UNLESS we are billed for above instances.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking allowed.

We make every effort to reduce the inconvenience to you by expediting any necessary maintenance and repairs to the condo, appliances and fixtures, as well as to the amenities and common elements of the complex. Sometimes maintenance access to the condo may be required during your stay to maintain the condo in excellent condition for our guests.

No rebate can be approved due to circumstances beyond our control.
